Great Xmas holiday! The staff was lovely. The food had a good variety, and there was even free tea and cake. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the pools and thermal baths. The rooms were spacious, equipped with cable TV, a balcony, and very clean. We also enjoyed the gingerbread surprise in the room.

The staff assumed I was Austrian or German, even though I was Polish, and didn't speak Hungarian. the gym equipment wasn't great, and the elevators were slow.
